Body and Beats

This blog update thingy makes me absolutely crazy. I want all those drawings on the same line and it won't let me do it. It's the reason I don't update this more often.

This semester is almost over. And I plan on saying farewell to art school for the time being. I love it. I love the people. It's just too much freaking money. And...why do I have to be taught art? I have been questioning this non-stop for the past three months.

So, I came up with a decent design for the nerdy character in my new project. I think it fits. This new animation excites me. Zack did both voices, and they're two completely different dialects so it should be a fun challenge.

Though I'll tell you what. At this point in time character design seems like a better option for me than animation. We'll see.

O I c wat u did thar

So, I have a new animation assignment coming up. It's gotta be two characters, one of which has to be the guy on the far left. My original idea for the other character was the guy in the middle. But, I think he just looks too goofy.

It also has to have 20 seconds of dialogue. And, since I haven't written the script yet it's made it pretty hard to come up with a set design for the other. I also thought the small guy on the right might work. But, then I realized that the people doing their voices wouldn't fit him, either. I've got to have this figured out by Friday.

I'll tell you what's amazing. Those freaking Wii's. The Boyfriend finally got one after months and months of trying, and, I can see why they have caused such a fuss. In fact, once the store opened everyone waiting outside made a dash towards the gaming center. Zack beat a little boy to the last one.
